Cancellation: A refund will be issued for paid registrations cancelled in writing and emailed to mjenkins@bcssa.org up to seven days before an event. Barring extraordinary circumstances, later cancellations will be subject to a 50% administration fee.

Access to data is limited to BCSSA staff and others authorized to process registrations and organize the conference.

Online conference registration and credit card processing
All confidential or personal information is communicated using the industry-standard 128 bit encryption. Credit-card information is NOT stored; transaction and authorization codes are.
